Areas under Feeder 12-3 experienced unscheduled power interruption at around 10:45AM caused by a backhoe that accidentally hit the utility pole guy-wire (naigo sa backhoe ang banting sa poste) along Baluan National Highway, GSC.
Power was restored at 11:10AM.
